By downloading, installing, or using ProperFitAI (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

ProperFitAI is an AI-powered fitness application that provides:

• Personalized workout plan generation
• Workout tracking with progression
• Nutritional tracking and meal scanning
• Community forum
• Direct coaching communication

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• ProperFitAI offers a free tier (with advertisements) and a premium subscription.
• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you post in the forum.
• By posting, you grant us a license to display your content within the app.
• You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates others’ rights.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Health Disclaimer

ProperFitAI is not a medical service. The app provides general fitness guidance based on AI algorithms and should not replace professional medical advice.

• Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.
• The app’s workout recommendations are generated by AI and may not be suitable for everyone.
• Nutritional estimates from the meal scanner are approximate.
• You exercise at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and AI models are the property of ProperFitAI. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProperFitAI is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the app.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app’s Profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
